The eventful week of Bulgarian wines in Washington!

In the next few days Bulgarian wines will be overtaking Washington's wine scene even more than usual. Wine seminars, master classes and events organized by BMOWW will take place almost everyday this week.
Starting with a wine seminar in the prestigious The Art Institute of Washington, a branch of The Art Institute of Atlanta on Tuesday, July 25.
Followed by a Master class - Discovering the Wines of Bulgaria in DCANTER on Friday, July 28. View more here.

Events will be led by BMOWW's very own sommelier Marin Atanasov who will present engaging information about the history of Bulgaria's ancient wine producing regions, what differentiates their wines today, and what can be expected from the country's re-emergence in the years to come. Of course accompanied by the tastings of numerous delicious & award wining Bulgarian wines. Washingtonians and everyone in the region - Do not miss out!

Wine trip around Bulgaria's dreamy wine regions!

Starting next week BMOWW will be conducting its wine tour under the promotional project Fine European Wines.
From 24th until 28th April USA wine professionals and influencers will take a 5 day long trip around the beautiful Bulgarian wine regions.
The wine tour will include visiting 5 wonderful wineries and their production base. Followed by several wine tastings of fine wine that knows how to leave a memorable impression. The guest will also have the chance to pair the wine with delicious local Bulgarian food and enjoy the beautiful scenery that is especially stunning during the spring.

In 2017 BMOWW will mark the start of its marketing and trade agenda in the US under the brand Wines of Bulgaria, officially registered in the EU and the US, which will be implemented with the support of institutional partners of the target country.
In implementation of the 2017 marketing program, the efforts of our team will be focused on building and developing the brand image of Bulgarian wine in the United States, including the promotion of all wines included in the portfolio of Wines of Bulgaria, by building specific, individual programs for their promotion and commercialization.
The main goal of the program is to increase the demand for high quality Bulgarian wines in all segments of the US market, including increasing the competitiveness of the portfolio as a whole.
